Bunun 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcretim etkisi 2 trilyon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/dolar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">dolar<\/a> yani nereden bakarsan\u0131z bire alt\u0131 esas\u0131nda kar ettik diyebilirim. Yine y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalamada yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon 200 bin insan\u0131m\u0131za bu vesileyle istihdam sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Sekt\u00f6rde karbon emisyonundaki pay\u0131m\u0131za bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman kara yolu, hava yolu, deniz yolu bak\u0131m\u0131ndan bunun y\u00fczde 94&#039;\u00fcn\u00fcn kara yolu oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz yani biraz daha bu alana odaklanmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Y\u00fck ve yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 91&#039;inin kara yollar\u0131 \u00fczerinden yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Emisyonu azaltmak i\u00e7in bunu \u00fclkemizde y\u00fczde 80&#039;lere, 70&#039;lere indirmeyle ilgili bir gayretimiz var.&quot;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 karbon emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik T\u00fcrkiye&#039;nin \u00f6nemli potansiyelinin bulundu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7eken Uralo\u011flu, T\u00fcrkiye&#039;nin Orta Koridor \u00fczerinde do\u011fu-bat\u0131 eksenindeki ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131kta yakla\u015f\u0131k 11,5 milyon tonluk emisyon azalt\u0131m potansiyelinin oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;Orta Koridor&#039;un ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131 sadece \u00fclkemizden ge\u00e7miyor. \u00dc\u00e7 denizi, Karadeniz, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/ege-denizi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Ege Denizi<\/a> ve Akdeniz&#039;i lojistik merkezlere ba\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Kalk\u0131nma Yolu Koridoru, Basra K\u00f6rfezi&#039;nden Irak&#039;\u0131n Faw Liman\u0131&#039;ndan ba\u015flayan, \u00fclkemize 1200 kilometre mesafeyle gelen kara yolu ve demir yolundan bahsediyoruz. Bu proje, Avrupa&#039;ya kadar uzanacak. Yak\u0131nda yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flamay\u0131 umuyoruz ve emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 5,5 milyon ton olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.&quot;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Forumu (ITF) D\u00f6nem Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#039;nin \u00fcstlenece\u011fini belirten Uralo\u011flu, 2027 y\u0131l\u0131nda Amerika ve Avrupa&#039;n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn de dahil oldu\u011fu 72 \u00fcyeli bu \u00f6nemli forumda koridorlar \u00f6zelinde ba\u011flant\u0131sall\u0131k ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi \u00f6n planda tutarak hem \u00fclkeye hem b\u00f6lgeye hem de d\u00fcnyaya katk\u0131 sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedeflediklerini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<h2>&quot;E\u011fer \u00f6nlem almazsak 2053&#039;e geldi\u011fimizde karbon emisyonunu ancak y\u00fczde 4 azalt\u0131r\u0131z&quot;<\/h2>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de kurumsal karbon ayak izi hesab\u0131n\u0131 yapan ilk bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/ulastirma-ve-altyapi-bakanligi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/a> oldu\u011funu belirterek, bu kapsamda t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6rlerde bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebildiklerini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n toplam karbon emisyonunu 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2 milyon 118 bin ton olarak hesaplad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Uralo\u011flu, &quot;E\u011fer \u00f6nlem almazsak 2053&#039;e geldi\u011fimizde karbon emisyonunu ancak y\u00fczde 4 azalt\u0131r\u0131z ama gerekli \u00f6nlemleri al\u0131rsak y\u00fczde 80 azaltma imkan\u0131na sahip olaca\u011f\u0131z ve ger\u00e7ekten d\u00fcnya ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrece\u011fiz.&quot; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, bu do\u011frultuda T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de ula\u015f\u0131mda net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ili\u015fkin \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de ula\u015f\u0131mda net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefine ilk kapsaml\u0131 proje ile devam ediyoruz. Yolcu ve y\u00fck odakl\u0131 s\u0131f\u0131r emisyonlu ara\u00e7lar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00f6zel ara\u00e7lardan toplu ta\u015f\u0131maya ge\u00e7i\u015fin y\u00f6netilmesi, net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon modelinin ortaya konulmas\u0131 ve uluslararas\u0131 forumlara eri\u015fim imkan\u0131n\u0131 irdeliyoruz.&quot;<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>&quot;DC soket ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131nda Avrupa&#039;da birinciyiz&quot;<\/h2>\n<p>Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu, net s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon hedefine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6nemine de\u011findi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#039;nin bu hususta k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli mesafe katetti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7eken Uralo\u011flu, &quot;Elektrikli ara\u00e7 say\u0131lar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda 427 bin elektrikli arac\u0131m\u0131z ve 43 bin soketimiz var. Her 10 elektrikli arac\u0131n bir tanesinin \u015farja kolay eri\u015fiminin oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. \u00d6zeller hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum. DC soket ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131nda Avrupa&#039;da birinci oldu\u011fumuzu \u00f6zellikle belirtmek isterim. Altyap\u0131m\u0131z bu noktada da ger\u00e7ekten iyi.&quot; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2>&quot;B\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yollar sayesinde y\u0131ll\u0131k zaman tasarrufu 801 milyon saat&quot;<\/h2>\n<p>Bakan Uralo\u011flu, b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131n sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman tasarrufu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emisyon avantaj\u0131na dikkati \u00e7ekerek, bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131mda verimlili\u011fi art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7evresel etkileri azaltmada \u00f6nemli rol \u00fcstlendi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar sayesinde trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011finin de artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve kazalarda belirgin azalma sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Uralo\u011flu, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;B\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131 30 bin kilometrenin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. Otoyollar, t\u00fcneller, viyad\u00fckler yaparak ara\u00e7lar\u0131n bekleme s\u00fcrelerini ortadan kald\u0131rd\u0131k, kald\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Bu sayede kaza risklerini de azaltm\u0131\u015f oluyoruz. 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda 6 bin 100 kilometre b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yolumuz varken bug\u00fcn 30 bin kilometreye ge\u00e7tik ve bu yollardaki ortalama h\u0131z saatte yakla\u015f\u0131k 90 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. B\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yollar sayesinde y\u0131ll\u0131k zaman tasarrufu 801 milyon saat, y\u0131ll\u0131k <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/akaryakit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">akaryak\u0131t<\/a> tasarrufu 2,6 milyar litre. Bunlarla beraber ekolojik k\u00f6pr\u00fcler de yapt\u0131k. Bir taraftan yol yaparken do\u011fal ya\u015fam\u0131 da destekleme gayreti i\u00e7erisindeyiz. Bunu asla ihmal etmiyoruz.&quot;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, kent i\u00e7i hareketlilikte kargo ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kaynaklanan emisyonlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 60&#039;\u0131n\u0131n kent i\u00e7i faaliyetler kaynakl\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirterek, bu alanda planlad\u0131klar\u0131 tedbir ve uygulamalara ili\u015fkin \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;Skuter say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmam\u0131z gerekir. Yine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/bisiklet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">bisiklet<\/a> ve yaya hareketini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar art\u0131rmam\u0131z gerek. 2000 kilometre civar\u0131nda bir bisiklet yolu yapt\u0131k. Bunun yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Halihaz\u0131rda projesi tamamlanan 259 kilometre var. Bunu da \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki s\u00fcre\u00e7te hayata getirece\u011fiz. Kent i\u00e7i yolculuklarda emisyonun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de kafa yoruyoruz. Ev-i\u015f yeri ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131, gibi bunlar\u0131 metrolarla, bisiklet yollar\u0131yla desteklemeye gayret ediyoruz. S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kentsel hareketlilik planlar\u0131 anlam\u0131nda 10 farkl\u0131 ilde 21,5 milyon avro de\u011ferinde bir destek sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Hareketlilik merkezleri, ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131, yaya hareketinin yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu i\u015f merkezleri gibi yo\u011fun yerlere mutlaka metrolar ve toplu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/ulasim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">ula\u015f\u0131m<\/a> ara\u00e7lar\u0131 koymaya gayret ediyoruz.&quot;<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Demir yollar\u0131, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/havacilik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">havac\u0131l\u0131k<\/a> ve denizcilikte s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm<\/h2>\n<p>Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve Altyap\u0131 Bakan\u0131 Uralo\u011flu, emisyonlar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131nda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/demir-yolu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">demir yolu<\/a> ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kritik rol \u00fcstlendi\u011fini, y\u00fck ve yolcu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda demir yolunun pay\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evresel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan stratejik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Demir yollar\u0131n\u0131n, emisyonun en h\u0131zl\u0131 azalt\u0131labilece\u011fi sekt\u00f6r oldu\u011funu ve d\u00fcnyadaki teknolojik geli\u015fmelerin de bu s\u00fcreci h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Uralo\u011flu, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu konudaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 konusunda \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;Bu noktada \u015fu anda 14 bin kilometre olan demir yolu a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 28 bin 500 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 hedefledik. Halihaz\u0131rda T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden 4 bin 150 kilometre demir yolu var. \u0130ki y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde bunun 3 bin kilometresini bitirerek hizmete a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. Uluslararas\u0131 finans kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n da demir yoluna ne kadar pozitif bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilerek, oradan maksimum fayday\u0131 \u00fclkemize ve b\u00f6lgemize getirme gayreti i\u00e7erisindeyiz. Ayr\u0131ca, demir yollar\u0131 ile lojistik merkezleri birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Gerek pandemi s\u00fcreci gerekse de Rusya-Ukrayna Sava\u015f\u0131, K\u00f6rfez Sava\u015f\u0131, bunlardan dolay\u0131 lojisti\u011fin ne kadar k\u0131ymetli oldu\u011funu hepimiz biliyoruz ve lojistik merkezleri, \u00fcretim merkezlerini demir yollar\u0131yla birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131yoruz. \u00dclkemizin genelinde ise kent i\u00e7i rayl\u0131 sistemleri 1036 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k ama bunun \u00e7ok daha \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Y\u00fcksek h\u0131zl\u0131 trenle de 20 ilimizi birbirine ba\u011flarken n\u00fcfusumuzun yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 bu sayede birbirine ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f oluyor.&quot;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te havac\u0131l\u0131k ve denizcilik alanlar\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n da kritik \u00f6nemde oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak bu alanlarda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projelere ili\u015fkin \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p><em>&quot;Havac\u0131l\u0131kta, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir havac\u0131l\u0131k yak\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n (SAF) \u00fcretimi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Burada ciddi hareket projelerimiz var ve oransal olarak da binde 5 civar\u0131nda bir azaltma ilk etapta sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. T\u00fcrkiye, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/gemi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">gemi<\/a> d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde d\u00fcnyada \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada. Bu gemilerin do\u011faya bu \u015fekliyle b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 de\u011fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme noktas\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raday\u0131z. Bu vesileyle s\u00f6yleyeyim, bir gemi tasarlayabilen, \u00fcretebilen, i\u015fletebilen ve \u00f6mr\u00fc bitti\u011finde de geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilen d\u00fcnyadaki birka\u00e7 \u00fclkeden biriyiz. Filomuzun yenilenmesini de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/tesvik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">te\u015fvik<\/a> ediyoruz. Belli s\u0131n\u0131flara, mutlaka ye\u015fil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/enerji\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">enerji<\/a> t\u00fcketenlere daha y\u00fcksek bir destek sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. 2050 projemiz kapsam\u0131nda Marmara&#039;da kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z b\u00fct\u00fcn yolcu gemilerini elektrikli hale getirme noktas\u0131nda bir gayretimiz var. Bunu yak\u0131ndan takip ediyoruz. Limanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ye\u015fil sertifikas\u0131yla ta\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131yoruz.
