Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, erkek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131nda bu oran y\u00fczde 10&#039;a yakla\u015f\u0131yor. \u00dcstelik k\u0131z ve erkek \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/matematik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">matematik<\/a> ve fen ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir fark olmamas\u0131 bize \u00f6nemli bir ger\u00e7e\u011fi g\u00f6steriyor. As\u0131l mesele \u00e7o\u011fu zaman yetenek eksikli\u011fi de\u011fil, y\u00f6nlendirme, alg\u0131 ve \u00f6z g\u00fcven bariyerleridir. Bug\u00fcn projeyi, 1800&#039;\u00fcn \u00fczerinde \u00f6\u011frencimizin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fck bir heyecanla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Burs deste\u011finin yan\u0131nda staj ve istihdam imkanlar\u0131 sunuluyor. B\u00f6ylece k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz do\u011frudan i\u015f hayat\u0131yla bulu\u015fuyor. \u0130ngilizce e\u011fitimleriyle k\u00fcresel d\u00fcnyada rekabet edebilecek donan\u0131ma sahip olmalar\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Bu anlamda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/egitim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">e\u011fitim<\/a> programlar\u0131m\u0131z da geni\u015f bir i\u00e7eri\u011fe sahip. Programda, liderlikten finansal okuryazarl\u0131\u011fa, veri analiti\u011finden yapay zekaya, \u00e7evresel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlikten teknoloji okuryazarl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kadar farkl\u0131 alanlarda sertifikal\u0131 e\u011fitimler yer al\u0131yor.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Bakan G\u00f6kta\u015f, 2016&#039;da ba\u015flat\u0131lan projenin etkisinin \u00fclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7ekerek, &quot;Proje, 2017 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren &#039;Global Engineer Girls&#039; ad\u0131yla uluslararas\u0131 bir boyut kazand\u0131. Farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerde gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131n m\u00fchendislik alan\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesine katk\u0131 sunan \u00f6rnek bir modele d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bug\u00fcn bu modeli Kuveyt, Kosova, Kuzey Makedonya, Suudi Arabistan, \u0130spanya, Mozambik, Fildi\u015fi Sahili Cumhuriyeti ve \u0130ngiltere&#039;de uyguluyoruz. T\u00fcrkiye&#039;den do\u011fan bir iyi uygulaman\u0131n k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte etki olu\u015fturdu\u011funu g\u00f6rmek bizlere ayr\u0131ca gurur veriyor. Projenin, UN Global Compact taraf\u0131ndan &#039;People&#039; kategorisinde \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmesi de bu etkinin uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczeyde kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k buldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.&quot; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>&quot;Gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131m\u0131z, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na daha haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131, donan\u0131ml\u0131 ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 yap\u0131yor&quot;<\/h2>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 3. faz\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131 projenin sahadaki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in kapsaml\u0131 bir sosyal etki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fini kaydeden G\u00f6kta\u015f, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n 3 \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle aktard\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Birincisi, T\u00fcrkiye&#039;nin M\u00fchendis K\u0131zlar\u0131 Projesi, gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n m\u00fchendislik alan\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00f6z g\u00fcvenini belirgin bi\u00e7imde art\u0131r\u0131yor. \u00d6\u011frencilerimiz bu sayede kendi potansiyellerini daha iyi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor ve m\u00fchendislik alan\u0131nda kal\u0131c\u0131 bir kariyer in\u015fa etme konusunda daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir irade ortaya koyuyor. \u0130kincisi, proje, e\u011fitim hayat\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ge\u00e7i\u015fi kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Burs, staj, ment\u00f6rl\u00fck, e\u011fitim ve istihdam imkanlar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin sadece akademik ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131na de\u011fil, mesleki deneyim kazanmalar\u0131na da katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle program, bireysel ba\u015far\u0131 hikayelerinin \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7erek toplum zihniyetinde kal\u0131c\u0131 bir de\u011fi\u015fime katk\u0131 sunuyor.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6kta\u015f, bu etkiyi daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bi\u00e7imde izlemek i\u00e7in dijitalle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinin daha da geli\u015ftirildi\u011fini, veriye dayal\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00e7eklenebilir bir dijital altyap\u0131yla \u00f6\u011frencilerin, mezunlar\u0131n ve t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131n aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f\u0131n daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hale getirildi\u011fini belirterek, mobil uygulama, web sitesi ve portal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla projenin ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 etki alan\u0131n\u0131n daha da geni\u015fleyece\u011fine inand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<h2>Kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitim ve istihdam projeleri<\/h2>\n<p>K\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n bilim, teknoloji ve i\u015f hayat\u0131nda daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yer almalar\u0131 i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 alanlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini, \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan birinin de Gelece\u011fini Kuran Gen\u00e7 Kad\u0131nlar Projesi oldu\u011funu dile getiren G\u00f6kta\u015f, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla e\u011fitimde, istihdamda veya herhangi bir mesleki e\u011fitimde yer almayan yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 bin gence ula\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, projeyle gen\u00e7leri mesleki e\u011fitim, g\u00fc\u00e7lenme e\u011fitimleri ve ment\u00f6rl\u00fck faaliyetleriyle desteklemeye devam ettiklerini anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bakan G\u00f6kta\u015f, Kad\u0131nlara Y\u00f6nelik <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trthaber.com\/etiket\/yapay-zeka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Yapay Zeka<\/a> ve Veri Bilimi Geli\u015ftirme Program\u0131&#039;n\u0131 da ba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, bu programla 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda 800 gen\u00e7 kad\u0131n\u0131n yapay zeka ve veri bilimi konusunda yeteneklerini geli\u015ftirmelerine destek olduklar\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitimi tamamlayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 56&#039;s\u0131n\u0131n teknoloji alan\u0131nda istihdam f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu\u011funu ifade eden G\u00f6kta\u015f, &quot;Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 Kad\u0131n\u0131n G\u00fc\u00e7lenmesi Strateji Belgesi ve Eylem Plan\u0131&#039;m\u0131zla ortaya koydu\u011fumuz g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc vizyonun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Hedeflerimiz \u015fudur, k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fen d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu becerilerle donanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.
